MOTHERS DAY AT FATHERHEART This was the girls First Mothers Day . They had celebrated before honoring their own mothers, but now they were being celebrated. We started the day off with breakfast in bed using our cookie sheets for trays. Each girl received a little gift and flowers as they sat up and enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, and biscuit sandwiches. We took them to lunch at TGI Friday and ended the day with hot brownies and ice cream (Coach's order!). They had a special gift for Nancy- a book of thank you pages and photos and some photos Coach snuck in of Nancy when she was pregnant! Two rose bushes and a beautiful bouquet of flowers were also bought by the girls. They have learned to give and not just receive, even though, the LOVED receiving this Mothers Day! C&N
